A delivery counts once your customer answers the link (“I’m ready” or “Not now”). Links that expire unanswered, deliveries you cancel before they answer, a new link and Redeliver are free.
Starter has no monthly fee. You pay ₦500 for each delivery from your wallet. It’s cheaper than a plan only if you send fewer than 20 deliveries a month.
We let you know in the app and by email when you’re close. After that, each delivery is pay as you go, ₦500 from your wallet, until your plan renews. You can also upgrade any time.

No. Your customer and your rider each get a link on WhatsApp or SMS. It opens on any phone with a browser.
Yes, any time. A bigger plan starts straight away; a smaller one, or cancelling, happens at the end of your month. Cancelling moves you to Starter: you keep your account, riders and history. No contracts.

No. They get a link by WhatsApp or SMS, and everything happens on a normal web page: confirming, dropping the pin and writing the landmark note.
A simple page with your business name, address and phone, then one tap: “Yes, I'm ready” or “Not now”. If they're ready, a map opens near them so they can drop their pin and add a landmark note.
Send the link by SMS or copy it. You can open the order any time to send it again.
No. Their pin is saved for your business, so it loads automatically on their next order. They just check it's still right and confirm.
The rider picks a reason, and you can redeliver. The customer's saved pin loads automatically, so confirming again takes two taps.
